Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Representative at Port Charlotte Pest Control, your primary duties include:
- Generating Leads: Use door-to-door sales strategies to identify potential customers and introduce them to our effective pest control solutions.
- Consulting with Clients: Understand their pest concerns and offer customized extermination plans tailored to their needs.
- Meeting Sales Goals: Exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate sales and client interaction records.
- Building Long-Term Income: Earn ongoing residual commissions from customer contracts.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll excel in this role if you:
- Have sales experience (pest control sales is a plus but not required).
- Are skilled at customer service and relationship-building.
- Are driven, goal-oriented, and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Speak English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Port Charlotte, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
